Written Deposit Policy:

SPRING/SUMMER/FALL POLICIES

April 16 – November 19 Summer Payment/Cancellation Policy 10% deposit of total lodging is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. Final payment is due 2 days prior to arrival at which time the stay is nonrefundable.

WINTER POLICIES

November 20 – April 15 10% deposit is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable at that time. Final payment is due 14 days (30 days for holiday season Dec 20 - Jan 1) prior to arrival, at which time the stay is nonrefundable.

Failure to receive payments on due dates will result in the cancellation of the reservation and previously. paid monies will be forfeited. 1 parking space is available per condo at no extra charge. Additional cars may park in the Lionshead Parking Structure across the street for a fee paid at Lionshead Structure.

Lodge at Lionshead is a non-smoking property. Guests must be 25 or older to book a reservation, and each condo must have an occupant who is 25 or older. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
