Epic Mountain Rewards is a Pass Holder loyalty program that gives Pass Holders a discount of 20% off food and beverage, lodging, group ski and ride school lessons, equipment rentals, Epic Mountain Express transportation, guided Cat Skiing Tours in Keystone and Heli-Skiing packages in Whistler Blackcomb. Additionally, as part of Epic Mountain Rewards, Pass Holders can redeem one free wax and 50% off one basic tune per season at select U.S. locations. This loyalty program is simple for the guest –no sign up, no point tracking, and no blackout days for the discounts. Pass Holders can receive the 20% savings by presenting their pass at the register, logging into their account to book online, or by verifying their pass number when calling our reservation center at (800) 404-3535. In addition to the significant discount already offered by purchasing a pass product, a family of four can now save hundreds of dollars per day on food, lodging, lessons, rentals, transportation, and mountain activities. 2021/22 Pass Holders can begin redeeming summer benefits May 15, 2021. Summer benefits include free lift access (varies by pass type), as well as select lodging, food and beverage, and activity discounts. For more information, click here. 

LODGING: The 20% pass holder lodging discount can be redeemed at the time of booking, either online, in person, or over the phone by calling (800) 404-3535. Pass holders must log in to their account to book online, or verify their pass number when calling our reservation center to book their lodging. Pass holders must present their pass when they check in to receive the 20% off discount. If pass holders are unable to present their pass at check in, they will no longer receive the 20% discount and will be required to pay full price for their lodging. The discount is subject to availability at the following Vail Properties:

  • Lodge at Vail
  • Ritz Residences 

FOOD: The 20% Epic Mountain Rewards discount on food and beverage can be redeemed at quick-service, on-mountain restaurants, and the discount applies to total spend of up to $150 per day. The discount is not valid at fine dining restaurants, private clubs, and village restaurants or on alcoholic beverages. The pass holder must present their pass in order to receive the 20% discount. The discount is only valid on any food and beverage purchased directly at:

  • Mid-Vail
  • Golden Peak
  • Wildwood
  • Two Elk
  • Ealge's Nest

SKI SCHOOL: The 20% pass holder discount on group lessons with Ski & Ride School can be used at the time of booking, either online, over the phone or in person. Pass holders can receive the 20% discount by logging into their account to book online, verifying their pass number when calling our reservation center, or by presenting their pass when booking in person. Guests must present their pass when they check in for their lesson in order to receive the 20% discount. 


RENTAL: Use your Epic Mountain Rewards discount at Vail Sports to save 20% on rental packages and rental delivery. The discount does not apply to damage waivers. The discount can also be used online or over the phone by calling (800) 404-3535. Pass holders can begin booking their rentals on October 1st, 2020 for the 2020/21 ski season

EPIC MOUNTAIN EXPRESS: Epic Mountain Rewards pass holder discount on transportation can be redeemed online or over the phone by calling (970) 754-7433. This discount is only available when booked directly with Epic Mountain Express. Pass holders can begin booking their Epic Mountain Express rides on October 1, 2020 for the 2020/21 ski season.

1 FREE WAX AND 50% OFF TUNE: Pass holders are eligible to receive one free basic wax and 50% off one basic tune per season at select U.S. locations. Additional locations have reduced discounts on wax and tune services. Pass holders must present their pass at the time of purchase. Learn more here.
