Focused Learning
Our Focused Learning (FL) System is an unrivaled pathway to accelerated, permanent learning for adult Intermediate and Advanced skiers. No other system produces such measurable achievement and enjoyment. This is the result of our specialized coaching techniques, cutting edge learning tools, and great group camaraderie. FL will help you to elevate your skills, achieve your personal goals, and give you confidence anywhere on the mountain for lifelong skiing.
The Vail Snowsports School has devoted resources for the singular purpose of developing and implementing a specialized teaching system for motivated learners. Over time and with the help of sports psychologists and other experts, including input from program participants, Focused Learning has evolved into a powerful system to become a skilled and lifelong skier.
As with all learning programs, longer periods of training provide greater reinforcement. Thus, the MasterCamps program is highly recommended for those who can make the 15-day commitment. The 5-day, SKImmersion, program offers the same training approach and goals, but it cannot provide the same reinforcement over the course of a ski season.
