We know that booking your ski holiday can be nerve wracking. Vail - Beaver Creek Reservations wants to give you the confidence to book with us now, knowing that you will not find a lower price later. We call this our Vail-Beaver Creek Price Guarantee. It works in an easy to understand way. If you make a reservation through us and find a qualifying lower price on lodging, lift tickets and/or airport transfers, anytime prior to 30 days of your arrival, we will either match the price or fully refund your payment. This way you’ll have the confidence to book your holiday when you want it.

Terms & Conditions

 

    • A qualifying lower price must be for an identical booking available to anyone for the exact same lodging property and Management Company, room type, check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and children in the room.


    • We must be able to verify that the lower price is being offered for sale at the time the request is being made.

 

    • Qualifying rates do not include rates on web sites where the name of the property or unit size is unknown until after purchase.


    • A Qualifying Lower Rate must be both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S.-based Web site. Qualifying Lower Rates shall not include corporate discounts or rates, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, or prices available only by using a coupon, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public.

 

    • The Qualifying Lower Rate applies only to the base cost, and not taxes and fees
