Winter in the Rockies will never be the same as professional and amateur athletes converge on the mountains and villages of Vail for a celebration of adventure sport, music and the great outdoors. The second annual Winter Mountain Games presented by Eddie Bauer feature competitions in mixed/ice climbing, mountain cyclocross, Big Air, and dual slalom biking, Nordic and telemark skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoe racing and ascension with $60,000 in prize money on the line.

7 Wonders of Vail
Sunday, February 10 - 9am (Start)
Ski all 24 lifts on Vail Mountain in one day! This is more of an accomplishment than a competition. The competitive side is to come up with the best route on your own to cover all 24 lifts. This is not a timed event.
Lifts include: Gondola One (#1), Avanti (#2), Wildwood Express (#3), Mountain top Express (#4), High Noon Lift (#5), Riva Bahn (#6), Game Creek Express (#7), Born Free Express (#8), Highline Express (#10), Northwoods Express (#11), Gopher Hill Lift (#12), Sourdough Express (#14), Little Eagle (#15), Sun Up Lift (#17), Eagle Bahn Gondola (#19), Cascade Village (#20), Orient Express (#21), Mongolia Bowl Lift (#22)*, Pride Express (#26), Black Forest Race Arena (#27), Tea Cup Express (#36), Skyline Express (#37), Earl's Lift (#38), Pete's Lift (#39)
