Ski Club Vail will also be selling tickets for our Scholarship Raffle (New York City Weekend Giveaway – including Bruce Springsteen tickets @ Madison Square Garden November 7, 2009. Package also includes lodging at Westin Times Square and airfare. $20/ticket or 6 tickets for $100.)
Founded in 1962 to provide training and competition programs for aspiring young ski racers, SSCV is one of the Vail Valley’s oldest charitable youth organizations. Today, SSCV trains nearly 450 athletes in Snowboarding and Alpine, Freeride, Freestyle and Nordic Skiing. To keep these programs as affordable and accessible as possible, SSCV relies upon vital fundraising each year and raises nearly 40% of its annual operating costs via individual contributions, grants, sponsorships and special events. Our Swap is one of our largest fundraisers; Ski & Snowboard Club Vail is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
