Enjoy a free guided tour of Vail Village's art collection with the Town of Vail's Art in Public Places Coordinator. Beginning the tour at the Colorado Ski Museum, learn about the importance of the 10th Mountain Division and the history of skiing in Vail. The tour then leads you through the Village with discussions of the master-plan of Vail and the importance of site-integrated art in creating the charm of the village. Discover some of the 37 works in the Town's art collection ranging from sculptures, murals, playground components, and site-integrated art.
Please meet at the Vail Village Information Booth at 3:30pm for the hour & a half tour.
