The 2013 VAIL VICTORY RACES is a very special weekend TRAIL event w/ a limited field and exclusive course. 100 runners and 100 bikers will race in beautiful backcountry of the White River National Forest. This exceptional course on the northern side of Vail includes dirt and gravel roads and winding single track trails. Fast flats, grueling uphills, and dizzying downhills make for an exciting and challenging course. Rocky Mountain vistas and scenic panoramas will inspire athletes all along the way.

$25 of your registration fee will directly benefit the Vail Mountain Rescue Group (www.vailmountainrescue.org), a non-profit group of volunteer men and women trained to respond to backcountry emergencies. VMRA operates under the authority of the Eagle County Sheriff, maintains national certification through the Mountain Rescue Association (MRA), and is an active member of the Colorado Search and Rescue Board (CSRB).
