Conductor Bramwell Tovey leads a jazzy program of colorful American favorites, including Gershwin’s Strike Up the Band Overture. The New York Philharmonic’s principal clarinet, Stephen Williamson, performs Copland’s Clarinet Concerto, written for jazz and swing great Benny Goodman.
