Ocotillo Prime is one of the few restaurants in the valley to offer premium quality USDA Prime Beef and Prime Dry Aged Colorado lamb. We use a special house-made chili rub on our steaks and chops prior to grilling. The authentic chilies and spices we use in our preparations are mild in flavor and compliment the natural flavors in our dishes.
