Opened in February 2004, we have enjoyed a wonderful "birth" with continued growth, due to the heavy local following generated simply by word of mouth, complimented by our goofy Vail Daily ads. Chef/General Manager, Richard Kellogg, Executive Chef, Dario Santelli, and Sous Chef, Johnny Bowman create an eclectic dining experience in an art gallery setting. Dina Lapinski accentuates the experience with top notch service and a varied wine list.
